Notes

* Items marked with a single asterisk are half-sheet booklets printed on letter size paper, and folded in the middle. -- To print items marked with a single asterisk, use letter size paper. If you have a duplexer, set it to flip the pages on the short (non-standard) side. If you do not have a duplexer, print the odd pages first. Then place these pages back in your printer, and print the even pages reverse order print. Most printers will do this if you select “Printer Properties” in your print dialog box.
